Can you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, if I have the glass available, I can definitely do custom orders. If you see a bead or set in our gallery that your interested in, let me know. They won't be exact replicas but we can try to get them as close as possible. I do require prepayment for all custom orders. What method of payment do you accept? TOP
We only accept Paypal and money orders as a form of payment. You can use your credit cards to pay through Paypal. Its easy! How much Is shipping? TOP
Shipping is a Flat Rate $3.00 for your total order. Even International Shipping is $3.00! How often do you ship? TOP
We ship normally twice a week. Most often Tuesday and Friday but sometimes varies. What if I receive my beads and am uphappy with my order? TOP
Please contact me ASAP. Depending on the issue, I will make it right. I would much rather happy customers than unhappy ones! Does kiln annealing make my bead unbreakable? TOP
Absolutely not! They are still glass. If you drop them into something very, very hot and immediately into something cold, there is a chance they could break. If you drop them onto something hard, they could break.. Putting it simple, don't do anything to the glass beads you wouldn't do to your precious cut glass antiques. :-) They are a choking hazard. Please keep away from small children. |
